You can bet, by now all leading positions in Australia have been filled with "woke obedient citizens", or people who can either be blackmailed into obedience, or simply fear for their and their families' lives in case they do not obey.

I started going to ANZAC Day services 50 years ago, when my father was the official photographer for sub branch of the RSL. No welcome to country back then.
Interestingly, feedback I've read on social media from people that attended smaller, regional Dawn Services and marches all mention no welcome to country and no booing. Don't need a degree to figure out what is actually causing devision.
We absolutely respect our soldiers. Ordinary Australians would not have resorted to this action if our pollies actually listened to us. These elites disrespect us and treat us like slaves. People have had enough of being "welcomed" to the country in which they live and, in most cases, the country in which they were born. My great, great grandfather was born in Sydney in 1857. What am I if I am not an Australian and where do I belong, if not here? It's ludicrous to think that Australia is, was and always will be Aboriginal land. Is there a country that has not been altered in a similar way to Australia? What would have happened if Australians had not fought the Japanese in New Guinea and fought with the Americans in the Battle of the Coral Sea? Does anyone really believe that indigenous people would have been treated any better by the Japanese had they been successful in taking over Australia? (For those that don't believe that the Japanese intended to occupy Australia, I can tell you that I saw and held Japanese Occupational Currency of Australia. That's how confident they were that they would take us over.) How can we possibly be united when the government is determined to divide us at every level?
