Firstly, CONstitutions are frauds, yes in some way we are in agreement here Peter as we know very well that no state constitution is lawful and commonwealth constitution has some interesting history that may lower its authenticity.

I was the man who led the campaign to get the proclamation for "The Peoples Courts Of Australia" done on 2011-04-15. John Wilson chaired thate meeting and I paid for the site it was held at. I was the driving force behind the 2010-10-10 meeting in Melbourne. If you don't know about that meeting you don't know much.
I wrote the procedure manual for "The Peoples Courts Of Australia".
I delivered the proclamation for "The Peoples Courts of Australia" to all members of both federal houses. I was the one who pushed for and got the very first trial for "The Peoples Courts Of Australia" run. Unfortunately one man abstained. Mark was the jury forman. That was 2013.
We already analysed the situation and came up with the remedy and implemented it Kevin. The issue was that when we created "The Peoples Courts Of Australia" John and I insisted that men sign the proclaimation in public in their own names. Men knew this was very dangerous which is why it took a long time to get men to be willing to do that. We had 29 brave men, and no women, sign that proclamation on 2011-04-15. The proclamation was emailed to every member of both federal houses.
The response was that ASIO sent agents to the homes of many of the men and threatened to murder their children. Understandably many of those men decided the no longer wished to serve on the juries of "The Peoples Courts of Australia" because they could not defend their children from the government.

There have been lots of men taken to the cleaners in the family court, and other courts as well. Yes, there is a lack of justice in the system, and we should not be surprised at that. I applaud your two proposals, firstly that no ministers should sit in the Senate and secondly that party names should not appear on ballot papers so that people will vote for the person they think will serve them best rather than just ticking a party. It is frightening that so much legislation has been rubber-stamped into law without any debate at all. I thought the law required that any proposed law had to be debated - but perhaps that particular law has been repealed. Where are the Liberals and Nationals? We are currently over 80% in development of New Living Peoples Victorian Constitution that if by referendum these Constitutions get over the line, then big changes are coming to industry, governance, greatest level of accountability, and what Senator Babet stated, we have already put directives in place to constitute protections and block these behaviors otherwise they breach constitution and Jail is mandatory for all breaches. We have a pathway for all people to be able to bring those who breach to an investigation, we have restructured referendum process, default bill process for all bills including contracts, tenders and appropriations of money from parliament. We have constituted a pathway on communication to all councilors, mayors and all politicians, ministers where after 3 attempts over 9 weeks of not responding you can raise a complaint to governor to invoke an investigation to have any member removed from parliament. We have 400 different directives to try and fix up many issues these politicians are not doing including bringing on Hemp and industrial standard, removing unnecessary taxes, helping all small business, more money to all people and a lot more. Peter in my opinion to what my brother and I have heard, and experienced within the court system, we never tested freeman, strawman or sovereignty of people as we saw holes in it that the current system exploits to nullify. Personally, i wouldn't claim personal sovereignty in courts but maybe try as 1000 people beside you and not behind may have greater effect. We tested constitutional law but instead of winning we learnt many of their games and so we are using it now against them in new constitutions we are doing. Firstly, CONstitutions are frauds, yes in some way we are in agreement here Peter as we know very well that no state constitution is lawful and commonwealth constitution has some interesting history that may lower its authenticity.
But Peter regardless whom you have been advising, maybe on deaf ears, it doesn't always mean people don't listen.
Yes, many do put their money in places where it may seem to be useless, but this behavior can be linked to Tattslotto and gambling. I wrote the procedure manual for "The Peoples Courts Of Australia".
I delivered the proclamation for "The Peoples Courts of Australia" to all members of both federal houses. I was the one who pushed for and got the very first trial for "The Peoples Courts Of Australia" run. Unfortunately one man abstained. Mark was the jury forman. That was 2013.
We already analysed the situation and came up with the remedy and implemented it Kevin. The issue was that when we created "The Peoples Courts Of Australia" John and I insisted that men sign the proclaimation in public in their own names. Men knew this was very dangerous which is why it took a long time to get men to be willing to do that. We had 29 brave men, and no women, sign that proclamation on 2011-04-15. The proclamation was emailed to every member of both federal houses.
The response was that ASIO sent agents to the homes of many of the men and threatened to murder their children. Understandably many of those men decided the no longer wished to serve on the juries of "The Peoples Courts of Australia" because they could not defend their children from the government.

I applaud your two proposals, firstly that no ministers should sit in the Senate and secondly that party names should not appear on ballot papers so that people will vote for the person they think will serve them best rather than just ticking a party. It is frightening that so much legislation has been rubber-stamped into law without any debate at all. I thought the law required that any proposed law had to be debated - but perhaps that particular law has been repealed. Where are the Liberals and Nationals? Why aren't they - with a united voice - making a blazing row about all this?
The only way out is to form The Peoples Government, this would give the people the decision making authority our politicians become representatives for the people, we remove all political parties and keep the government how it is , the representatives send us the legislation to vote on and we vote collectively on that formed article.
To remove them it would need millions of people to join TPG from there we would be too powerful to be ignored.
We would also run it like a business model and buy back our country and set up our own trading type platform to invest only in Australian business.
All of us are smarter than all of them….
The government of the day should be funding itself, not us tax paying people. They keep adding more and more taxes to the already overtaxed country. We are wasting money subsidising the so-called renewable energies like the wind farms. Guess what, they are not going to work and it is going to be a huge loss of invested money and infrastructure for little gain. Ruining the country side with these monstrosities that no- wants in their back yard. Disgusting how these bills being passed in the dead of night without debate.

No bills should be passed until they have been reviewed by the voters and approval given to their member to voice in parliament .. that is what democracy is all about .. but the 2 headed Hydra have stolen our rights to serve their agenda hence their preferential voting system .. We the People are the constitutional government and politicians are merely servants to our will ...

Thankyou Senator Babet for your article and yes, we are aware of these behaviors and alot more and naturally people are looking for solutions.
We are currently over 80% in development of New Living Peoples Victorian Constitution that if by referendum these Constitutions get over the line, then big changes are coming to industry, governance, greatest level of accountability, and what Senator Babet stated, we have already put directives in place to constitute protections and block these behaviors otherwise they breach constitution and Jail is mandatory for all breaches. We have a pathway for all people to be able to bring those who breach to an investigation, we have restructured referendum process, default bill process for all bills including contracts, tenders and appropriations of money from parliament. We have constituted a pathway on communication to all councilors, mayors and all politicians, ministers where after 3 attempts over 9 weeks of not responding you can raise a complaint to governor to invoke an investigation to have any member removed from parliament. We have 400 different directives to try and fix up many issues these politicians are not doing including bringing on Hemp and industrial standard, removing unnecessary taxes, helping all small business, more money to all people and a lot more. If we get these over the line, honest politicians will see all positives and all the corrupt, criminal ones will leave. NOTE We are doing every constitution of Australia and every state and territory. States and territory first to test all the people and parliament as they are the biggest risks.

Many are still on belief of creating new instead of trying to fix the old, yes, they have points definitely and yes some are in preparation and yes, we will work them when time is right. Our plans are much bigger to bring all people to all power and bring in full self-governance with changed systems to support transition from debt based to human development. Naturally these state Constitutions are first projects and if these don't work, we have backup plans, but if the backup plans don't work, then we live in a social dictatorship and then next pathway starts.
